You have been creating business opportunities for brands to connect with celebrities. Tell us about the Luxury Experience & Co.
Luxury Experience & Co brings years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing & Business Development to lead and facilitate the growth of profitable new businesses while also creating brand awareness for our clients, which have allowed them to develop and maintain effective key brand relationships. Whether a brand is launching a new product line, showcasing a revamped existing line, increasing their social media growth or working to stay ahead of the competitive market, we work hard to create strategies for our clients that ensure growth through directing and managing business development opportunities aligned with each client’s brand goals such as our gifting lounges and virtual events.
Have you seen more momentum post-COVID?
It’s interesting, many companies found themselves at a standstill during the lockdowns. I took a moment and thought “outside of the box” to create virtual gifting experiences as we wanted to keep brands engaged with talent and press; but also we wanted to support the celebrities, influencers, pro athletes and press that found themselves somewhat stuck in not being able to go to events and network in-person. That’s where I developed a new and fun platform to keep everyone engaged and connected. By thinking about both brands and talent I took a more thoughtful approach to my business that had everyone in mind. This is how we’ve been so successful with all our events, because we keep the momentum for everyone moving long after the event has passed.
Who are your favorite celebrities that you have worked with?
That’s a hard question… I have had the opportunity to work and get to know such a broad range of talent. Be it Spike Lee attending and supporting our 2019 Pre-Oscars Gifting Experience, Dwight Howard coming to our Pre-Espys Gifting Lounge right before the announcement of him coming to the Lakers, working with amazing influencers like Caitlin O’Connor and Nikki Leigh, or having 2021 Tokyo Olympians Shae Anderson, Nick Atkin and former Olympians like Kim Glass celebrating and attending our last Pre-Espys Gifting Lounge. For me, it’s more about helping and watching brands and talent connect in the experiences I have created. I’m just the connector…that’s what excites me with all the celebrities I get to work with.
How excited are you for the Pre Emmy’s Gifting Lounge on Sept 18th?
It’s honestly so exciting to be back in person! The energy that we create in celebrating the Emmys and having all these amazing celebrities coming together during a weekend of many events; I’m just excited to create an experience that is memorable during a magical weekend in Los Angeles. Something that I’m really proud of with Luxury Experience & Co is that we have worked with a wide range of clients. We worked often with sports and athletic-minded brands and are still working with UV Concepts. UV-Concepts has developed an innovative no-touch solution designed to supplement the manual cleaning and disinfection process for non-critical portable medical equipment. The brand has spent years researching market conditions, connecting with industry thought-leaders, and broadened our approach to address the entire ecosystem. They came to me to develop and create strategic partnerships and placement in the professional sport arena. Not a typical brand client for my company, but with my relationships in the NFL and other major league sports I have had the opportunity to work with UV Concepts to help protect athletes while they practiced and played games during COVID. One partnership I am most proud of is with John Elway and the Denver Broncos.
On the other side of the spectrum, I was excited to help launch the new beauty brand, Unsubscribe. We worked with the brand during our Pre-Espys Gifting lounge to introduce the brand to a wide range of celebrities, influencers and athletes, including Olympians on their way to the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. What both brands show is my company’s experience, relationships and bandwidth to look outside of the box to create and aid in supporting the brand, which includes media outreach and connecting talent in their related markets.
On Sept 25th, LE & Co Celebrity will host a CBD Health & Wellness Gifting Lounge. What can we expect?
Within the last three to five years I’ve seen the CBD market emerge and become more approachable in regards to health, wellness and beauty. We have had multiple brands reaching out with interest to take our event experiences and create a dedicated event to solely focus on how CBD has grown and bring a vast amount of amazing brands that celebrities, influencers and athletes search out to collaborate with. What have you learned along this journey?
Like many others, I have learned that I need to constantly evolve and utilize elements from past clients, events, and relationships to create new ways to grow as a brand. With my background in the luxury market working with Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, Piaget, John Varvatos, Louis XII, and many others I found a way to evolve and grow my market by working with celebrities and professional athletes that I have built relationships with through the years. Relationships are everything. Luxury Experience & Co has emerged as an amazing brand in its own right. The company is a portal in multiple ways and clients come to us knowing how we can broaden their reach and create valuable partnerships, media coverage and most importantly give them a solid return on investment.
