With the holiday season approaching before we know it, Jen Lilley, renowned actress and star of many of America’s favorite Christmas movies, and Ale Boggiano, renowned fashion designer are co-founders of Christmas Is Not Cancelled, an action oriented company that spreads Christmas cheer and has a desire to change the world by giving back. Jen and Ale can discuss their mission: to donate 20,000 toys to children in need alongside Toys for Tots through this year’s exciting theme, Christmas University!
Jen Lilley and Alejandra Boggiano met in 2018. The two immediately clicked. Jen was on a mission to change the world by saving orphans and children in foster care, and Alejandra was passionate about the mission. After running a few successful campaigns together, and in the middle of the pandemic with everything getting cancelled, the two joined forces to save Christmas from cancellation. They founded “Christmas Is Not Cancelled, Inc”, a company celebrating Christmas in December and Christmas in July by creating interactive experiences where people at home, celebrities, and brands can join forces to fundraise for a cause mainly supporting at-risk and foster children while winning incredible prizes.

How has the pandemic changed the way you think about giving back?
We wanted to create a campaign that not only gave back to people in need, but also created an online community of positivity in a time we need it most!

Your mission is to donate 20,000 toys to the children in need alongside Toys for Tots. Why is this organization so dear to your hearts?
We have a great relationship with Toys for Tots, they have great integrity and transparency. What we love the most about Toys for Tots is that they give each child 2 toys and 3 books. Our mission is to provide them with the highest quality of toys.
Can you share a special Christmas moment in your lives?
Probably the best memory for both of us was last year being able to make Christmas happen for over 10,000 children and building a community of world-changers through Christmas is Not Cancelled.
